Center of pressure has to migrate, not hop
The live bars are a stack. The CoP trace is the mill belt underneath them. If the belt jumps, the stack is a costume. We print the path or we do not spec.
What a path is
A line that earns every inch
Address sits slightly trail on most Merrimack golfers — fine. The move toward the lead should be a walk, not a teleport. A teleport is a hop with better manners. We overlay two or three honest swings. If the traces are cousins, we have a pattern. If they are strangers, we have a lesson morning, not a mill-bag morning.
We do not chase a textbook drawing from a sunbelt brochure. New England ice changes the first inch. Mud changes the last. The path still has to be a path.
Freeze-thaw wander
October CoP is not January CoP
The mill journal keeps freeze-thaw notes because golfers forget. A path that migrated in leaf-fall often hops after a week of grit on Elm. We want both sheets before a mill bag leaves the rack. If you only have October, we will sell a Heel Map and an Ice Recheck, not a fantasy.
One variable
We do not twist ball place and a head on the same swing
If the path is a hop, we might move the ball a half-step, or we might change shoes. Not both. Boredom is the method. Pretty before-and-afters that change four things are advertising, and June will not file them.
